"My name is Richard Ortega. I'm Hispanic, 41 years old, born and raised in Fontana, California. I've been creating original designs for tattoos and T-shirts for several years. However, my works of art have not been commercially available until now."

"My initial offering of tattoo designs varies somewhat, although it focuses mainly on Hispanic/Aztec style designs for a new and growing market and clientele -- a market that I believe has been largely overlooked.
